Following the recent announcement of my selection as the first Executive Director of the Himalayan Youth Foundation, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you who has supported this remarkable organization over the years.

We are thrilled to begin 2026 with the addition of Susanne Wilson in the new role of HYF Executive Director! Susanne comes with extensive experience and is perfectly positioned to help HYF move into our next chapter in a bold way.

For over twenty years it has been our vision and goal to provide opportunities, education, and support to the children of Nepal. Help us continue that dream by contributing to our 2025 Annual Appeal!

We know that many of our friends & sponsors around the world have been aware of the recent political upheaval in Nepal, including the widespread protests, their tragic aftermath, and all that has transpired since. We want to share that Kailash and all of our children were safe and well through these tumultuous events. Our staff has been in constant contact with our international partners, including the team on the ground in Nepal, and as always, the safety and happiness of our Kailash Kids is our first priority.
